Trek360AI is a global community of outdoor enthusiasts, adventurers, and nature lovers. These Community Guidelines ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

By using Trek360AI, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

These guidelines supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Users are also responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.

• Treat all community members with respect and kindness
• No harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech
• No discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or nationality
• Disagree constructively — personal attacks are never acceptable
• Respect cultural differences and local customs when sharing outdoor experiences
• Encourage positive interaction and outdoor education

• Never share intentionally false or dangerous trail information
• Report genuine hazards you encounter on trails
• Do not encourage reckless or dangerous outdoor behavior
• Respect trail closures, weather warnings, and local regulations
• Never misuse the SOS or emergency features — false alerts endanger real emergencies
• Share accurate difficulty ratings and trail conditions
• Users under 16 require parental supervision and consent for location-sharing and content

Posting content responsibly:

• Only share photos and content you own or have permission to use
• No explicit, violent, or graphic content
• No spam, self-promotion, or commercial advertising outside the Marketplace
• Trail reviews must be based on genuine personal experience
• Do not share exact locations of sensitive wildlife habitats or endangered species
• Respect Leave No Trace principles in your content

Marketplace-specific content:

• Listings must be accurate and honest
• No counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items
• Price gouging during emergencies is prohibited
• Violations may lead to Marketplace restrictions or account suspension

• Do not share others' personal information without consent
• Ask permission before posting photos of other people
• Respect privacy settings — do not screenshot or share private content
• Do not stalk, track, or monitor other users without their knowledge
• Report any privacy violations immediately
• Children's accounts require parental supervision for all shared content

Violations are handled progressively:

Severe violations (threats, illegal activity, SOS abuse) may result in immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities.

Appeals: Submit a support ticket through the Support Hub within 14 days of any enforcement action, or email legal@trek360ai.com.

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

• Use the Report button on any post, comment, or profile
• For urgent safety concerns, submit a ticket through the Support Hub or email safety@trek360ai.com
• All reports are reviewed by our team as soon as possible
• Reporters' identities are kept confidential
