Referral Program Policy

The Trek360AI Referral Program allows users to earn recurring commissions by referring new subscribers. This policy outlines the rules, commission structure, and anti-abuse measures governing the program.

By participating, you agree to these terms.

9-Level Matrix/Unilevel Commissions (45% Total)

• Levels 1–3: 4% each — Direct team and early duplication reward
• Levels 4–6: 5% each — Team expansion and mid-network reward
• Levels 7–9: 6% each — Deep residual earnings
• Commissions are recurring on every subscription payment from users in your downline

Matching Bonus (10%)

Qualified users earn additional bonuses based on their direct referrals' matrix earnings.

Global Pool (5%)

A share of platform revenue distributed among top-ranked Elite members.

Total Reward Pool: 60% of subscription revenue.

Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

To participate in the referral program:

• You must have an active Trek360AI account
• You must be at least 18 years old (or have parent/guardian consent)
• Your account must be in good standing (no compliance violations)
• Free and paid users can participate

Child Accounts

Child accounts may generate referral links with parental approval. Commissions earned by child accounts are held in the parent's wallet.

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate commission forfeiture and account termination:

• Self-referrals — Referring yourself using alternate accounts or emails
• Fake referrals — Creating fake accounts to generate commissions
• Spam — Mass unsolicited emails, messages, or social media spam
• Misleading claims — Misrepresenting Trek360AI, income potential, or program terms
• Incentive abuse — Offering cash or gifts in exchange for signups (unless through official Trek360AI campaigns)
• Bot activity — Using automated tools to generate referrals
• Cookie stuffing — Manipulating tracking cookies or referral attribution

Trek360AI uses automated fraud detection and manual reviews to identify abuse.

• Commissions are tracked in real-time in your Wallet
• Earnings have a 30-day pending period before becoming withdrawable
• Withdrawals are processed weekly (see Earnings & Withdrawal Policy)
• Minimum payout threshold: $20.00 USD
• If a referred user requests a refund, the associated commission is reversed
• Trek360AI reserves the right to audit and adjust commissions

• Trek360AI may modify commission rates, structure, or program rules with 30 days' notice
• Users will be notified via email and in-app notification of any changes
• Earned commissions are honored at the rate in effect when earned
• Trek360AI may terminate the referral program entirely with 90 days' notice
• Individual participation may be revoked for policy violations
