Subscription Terms

Trek360AI offers the following subscription tiers:

Basecamp (Free)

• Basic trail access and community features
• Limited AI recommendations
• Standard map layers

Summit – $3.60/month or $34.56/year

• All Basecamp features plus advanced AI route planning
• Offline maps and advanced weather data
• Priority support

Expedition – $36/month or $345.60/year

• All Summit features plus premium marketplace access
• Advanced analytics and fitness tracking
• Creator tools and live streaming

Trekker 360 – $360/month or $3,456/year

• All Expedition features plus early access to new features
• Unlimited AI usage and premium support
• Full API access for developers

All annual plans are billed yearly at a 20% discounted rate compared to monthly billing.

Pricing is displayed on the subscription page and may vary by region. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You will receive an email receipt for each payment showing plan name, billing period, discount applied, and next billing date
• When switching between monthly and yearly billing, or upgrading/downgrading plans, charges are prorated for the remainder of your current billing period
• All payments are inclusive of applicable taxes

Upgrading

• You can upgrade your plan at any time
• The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing period
• New features are available immediately after upgrade

Downgrading

• You can downgrade your plan at any time
• The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to your current tier until the downgrade takes effect
• Some data or features may become inaccessible after downgrade

• Cancel at any time via Settings > Account & Subscription
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Your account reverts to the free Basecamp tier after cancellation
• All your data is preserved; you can re-subscribe at any time
• No cancellation fees apply

• Trek360AI reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing
• Users are notified at least 30 days before any price increase
• Price changes do not affect your current billing period
• You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect
• Annual subscribers are locked in at their current rate until renewal

Upload and storage allowances vary by subscription plan and are enforced to ensure fair platform usage and service reliability.

Plan-Based Limits

• Basecamp (Free) — Limited storage and monthly photo uploads. Video uploads are not available.
• Summit — Expanded storage, unlimited monthly photos, and video uploads (with duration limits per upload).
• Expedition — Large storage allocation, unlimited photos, and extended video duration.
• Trekker 360 — Unlimited storage and uploads across all media types.

Specific numeric limits are displayed on the Subscriptions page and within the upload interface when a limit is approached or reached.

Server-Side Enforcement

All upload limits are validated and enforced server-side. The platform will decline uploads that exceed your plan allowance and provide a clear explanation with an upgrade path.

Fair Use

Expanded and unlimited tiers are subject to fair use expectations. Trek360AI reserves the right to investigate and restrict accounts that exhibit excessive or abusive upload patterns, including but not limited to:

• Bulk automated uploads not related to genuine outdoor activity
• Using the platform primarily as a general-purpose file hosting service
• Uploading content unrelated to Trek360AI's purpose

Limit Adjustments

Trek360AI may adjust upload and storage limits over time as the platform evolves. Users will be notified of material changes via the Service or email. Existing uploaded content is not deleted when limits are adjusted — only new uploads are affected.

Downgrade Impact

If you downgrade your plan, existing uploads are preserved but new uploads are subject to the lower tier's limits. You will not be required to delete existing content.

Trek360AI Creator Hub enables creators to sell digital products, offer paid subscriptions, and receive tips from their audience.

Platform Fee

Trek360AI charges a 10% platform fee on all Creator Hub transactions, including:

• Digital product sales
• Creator subscription payments
• Tips and supporter contributions

The 10% fee is deducted automatically before the creator's earnings are credited to their Trek360AI Wallet. Creators receive 90% of each transaction.

Payment Processing

Creator Hub payments are processed through Stripe. Standard Stripe processing fees apply in addition to the 10% platform fee.

Marketplace (Classifieds) Distinction

The 10% Creator Hub fee applies only to platform-managed Creator Hub transactions. The standard Trek360AI Marketplace operates as a classifieds platform where payments are arranged directly between buyer and seller — Trek360AI does not process, hold, or take fees from marketplace (classifieds) transactions.

Fee Changes

Trek360AI reserves the right to adjust Creator Hub fees with 30 days' written notice via email and in-app notification. Existing pending earnings are not affected by fee changes.

• Active subscribers can earn recurring commissions through our 9-level matrix referral program
• The matrix/unilevel pool totals 45% of subscription revenue (L1–3: 4% each, L4–6: 5% each, L7–9: 6% each)
• Additional rewards include a 10% Matching Bonus and 5% Global Pool (60% total reward pool)
• Commissions are paid on the referred user's subscription for as long as they remain subscribed
• Referral earnings are tracked in your Wallet and can be withdrawn

• Trek360AI reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' notice
